In my role as the head of Men’s Licensing Design, I successfully managed the Men’s Tailored Licensing businesses in North America and Mexico. Our partnership with Peerless Clothing proved highly successful by leveraging its business acumen, and from a design standpoint, I consistently advocated for product updates that aligned with our brand identity to further modernize our product stories. Despite facing significant global retail challenges, we remained consumer-centric by reimagining our ‘classics’; we refreshed them with consumer-focused features, introduced trend-right color options, and updated the silhouettes with relaxed and modern styling.
